    About the Role

    In this opportunity as Engineering Manager , you will:
  • Be a persuasive and confident storyteller; presents effectively to stakeholders across organization
  • Evangelize, inspire, and be the Software Development Engineering spokesperson for the Portfolio across the organization
  • Influence decisions at all levels across the org, leveraging networks and partner with executive level stakeholders to drive results
  • Ensure effective resourcing and partnership between product team, Software Development Engineering and UX to drive incremental product improvements.
  • Continuously research new techniques with respect to coding technology and coding practices.
  • Apply critical, non-biased and data-based thinking to help make core directional decisions that move toward the forecasted future.
  • Use good communication and problem solving, trouble shooting skills and work with release management and incident management processes.
  • Work with global teams and flexible with time zone.
  • Lead in designing, developing, and delivering robust and scalable software solutions.
  • Lead multiple and/or significant projects, programs and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.
  • Deliver end-to-end technical solutions and solves complex problems that may be ambiguous in nature.
  • Integrate Machine Learning solutions into production-grade software with a sound understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle and translate the terminology and methods used by both engineers and scientists.
  • About You

    You're a fit for the role of Engineering Manager , if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in related technology program preferred
  • 10-15 years of software engineering experience with exposure working on products/projects involving multiple integrations, data flows and complexity.
  • Hands on experience with REST API
  • Experience working on Java or .NET .
  • Implementing and managing CI/CD using Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Cloud technology preferably AWS.
  • Good understanding of DevOps and Agile development methodology required. Experience working with GitHub repos.
