Operations Planning Lead - North York, ON, Canada - Second Bind

Description

Conduct product and order inspection to ensure accuracy and quality
Report stock levels, bugs in internal software, and incidents to the appropriate parties
Manage the team's workload and set job assignments
Perform regular asset and warehouse maintenance and create reports
Conduct performance reviews for team members and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Use a forklift and pump truck to move books and other materials as needed (active forklift license required)
Create operational projects to improve processes and increase efficiency
3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, process improvement, and team management
~ Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office
~ Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
~ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
