Company Background:
Reco Services, a company within Safeline Group of Companies, provides third party customer care services for the residential construction industry throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Ontario, Canada.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, direct and control all daily operations on work sites
- Supervise crews on various job sites and assist teams where/when needed
- Ensure and manage the safety, quality, and productivity of job sites
- Efficiently complete all necessary documentation, reports, weekly summaries, and paperwork and submit in a timely manner
- Assist in the collection of time sheets and sign offs for the office on a weekly basis
- Accountable for timely reporting of all accidents and incidents and abiding by the proper health and safety standards
- Monitor and work directly with the site supervisors and trades staff to ensure tasks are completed and signed off in a timely manner
- Ensure proper training certification is obtained by all applicable team members on job sites
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Maintenance, care and inspection of tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Coordinate and communicate the progress and status of all projects to company President and site supervisors

- Ability to travel to and from job sites and flexibility for outoftown projects should any arise

- Ability to provide solution, motivation, coaching and encouragement to the team
Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills with excellent time management
- Experience working in and knowledgeable of construction and trade industries
- Experience and knowledge in
concrete finishing an asset - Good understanding of
Occupational Health and Safety Act and environmental issues an asset - Familiarity and knowledge of
Tarion Warranty and
Construction Guidelines an asset - Must have valid Ontario driver's license
