Position Overview

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute to the dynamic field of sourcing? We are actively seeking a skilled
Sourcing Assistant to join our Sourcing Department.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating accurate data records, supporting the department's sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create / Update / Split POs in our Product Lifecycle Management software
Prepare and track parcels
Create and update sample tracker log
Create and update BIMU charts
Create and maintain Product team tracking charts
Create and maintain inventory delivery status charts
Check suppliers' PI and make arrangements of deposits
Check shipping documents and make arrangements for payments
Work closely with logistic to monitor shipping status
Create and update inventory payment master list
Help sourcing and finalizing fabric, request and verify Fabric Detail sheets and fabric test reports
Help establish fabric library and create fabric master list
Request and verify factory profiles, certificates, and sustainability Proofs
Update fabric information in PLM and help create Sustainability reports
Make various excel lists and power point presentations when needed
Organize and file samples / fabric / documents
Verify accuracy and completeness of data when needed
Perform general office duties

Who you are

A genuinely nice human being
1+ years in a complex data entry or administrative assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Adept at utilizing advanced Excel functions, including Vlookup and PivotTables. (Essential)
Proficient in data entry with fast typing skills, wellversed in computer usage, and familiar with Excel shortcuts
Demonstrated capability to handle concurrent projects, adept at efficient organization and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines
Proactively diligent and detailoriented, with the ability to work independently and achieve tasks with mínimal supervision
Enthusiastic and passionate about the fashion industry
Demonstrating readiness to tackle new challenges and embrace continuous learning
Bonus points for familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a bonus
