Job Description:

We are looking for an Inspection Sales Assistant to join our inspection division sales team. Your main responsibilities will be to process inspection report and provide administrative support to our inspection and service division. Other work to include quoting renewal contacts and estimating deficiency contracts following inspections made by our field technicians. Systems to include servicing fire alarm, sprinkler, emergency lights and portable extinguishers systems.

Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:
Manage client relations and provide excellent customer service;
Approve and/or review inspection reports;
Prepare deficiency quotations;
Review existing account base and increase revenue and profitability within the accounts;
Renew inspection contracts and set up service agreements;
Provide support to the sales team;
Create and maintain customer building files;
Issue and match purchase orders, packing slips and invoices;
Collaborate with Dispatch and provide back-up services for vacation & absences.
General office administration, as required.

Main qualifications we are looking for are:
College diploma in administrative studies OR high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience;
Strong willingness to learn industry codes, processes and new proprietary programs;
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Junior applicants acceptable
Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Windows software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
Customer service oriented;
Excellent ability for team work and communication;
Autonomy and strong sense of work organization;
Experience in electronics or mechanical systems (an asset - not required).
