Job Summary
Reporting to the VP of Production Operations, the incumbent will support by gathering, collecting, and analyzing data.

They will be mentored and work alongside talented professionals in order to play a key role in contributing to the planning and preparation of various exciting projects for S&C.

This role requires an innovative and detail oriented individual with sound business knowledge, confidence, excellent judgment and interpersonal skills who can consult, influence and collaborate with Team Members across different levels and business units.

This is a great opportunity for a student who is looking to gain valuable experience in marketing.


Work Term:8 Months (Sept - Dec 2023, Jan - April 2024)


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Creating a major business strategy project document, which includes:
  • Itemizing business capital equipment in detail
  • Procedure revision
  • Determining other options for business execution
  • Identifying capital OEM suppliers and securing budgetary quotes
  • Identifying cost and timelines for the rampup of business needs
- identifying business risk and mitigation strategies

  • Liaising with S&C's other business units
  • Assisting in organizing and structuring the final document
  • Take the lead on managing data and information for a business strategy project
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing postsecondary education in business, marketing, economics or related field
  • Eligible to work an 8 month Coop Work Term
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Creative and critical thinker
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
