We're looking for a highly motivated, tenacious and energetic individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for relationship building to lead this team.

What you will do:


  • Manage to monthly, quarterly, and annual inbound demand pipeline targets
  • Develop and execute the Fiix Software outbound pipeline generation strategy
  • Collaborate with peers in Sales, Customer Success and Marketing
  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to create a highperforming culture where individuals can grow their careers as well as contribute to the company's success
  • Proactively assist with passive and active recruitment efforts
  • Help drive continuous improvement in the Sales/Business Development practice at Fiix and Rockwell Automation

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of overall sales experience working with high growth B2B software organizations
  • 3+ years of progressive quota carrying experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in the B2B software space
  • 2+ years of business development experience working with both an inbound and outbound sales process
  • Strong understanding of relevant sales methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to monitor and assess progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve target outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and highly analytical
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM infrastructure, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong and other sales tools
  • Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
