Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist the development team in the analysis of real estate opportunities
Examine future uses of assets through the evaluation of comparable projects
Provide analytical support to determine the financial feasibility of a project through the preparation of development proformas
Analyze tenant and product mix to optimize development strategies
Analyze lease documents, including validation of financial parameters and summaries
Conduct title searches, analyze urban plans and surrounding environments of assets
Conduct market research to support financial analysis assumptions
Conduct market research on asset classes in nontraditional sectors such as life sciences, data centers and automated parking
Perform market research on alternative construction strategies, such as modular, prefabricated, and solid wood construction

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business; an architectural or engineering degree is a plus
Good business acumen
Knowledge or strong interest in real estate and/or urban planning
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
Moderate skills in financial analysis
Dynamic, curious and selfmotivated
Able to interact with multiple teams
