What our
Investment Market Data Analysts do:
- Our Senior Market Data Analysts are responsible primarily for the input, maintenance and administration of data and prices relating to all instruments held on the FNZ platforms; and adhering to the key regulatory and process requirements of FNZ.
- Other responsibilities for the Investment Market Data Analysts are:
- Opening nominee accounts with Fund Managers and any other relevant 3rd parties.
- Managing relationships with 3rd parties, including Fund Managers, Brokers, Pricing Vendors, & TPAs.
- Liaising with 3rd parties to gather data for all aspects of fund, custody administration (e.g. dealing points, broker charges).
- Management of securities and dealing on behalf of FNZ
- Updating data to the platform timely and accurately.
- Effective management of static data and price feeds to the FNZ Platforms.
- Liaise with FNZ clients as and when required for the administration and addition of new funds to the platform.
- Introduce improvements to the process.
- Expert knowledge of FNZ technology, systems, processes, and proprietary software.
- Thorough understanding of the different types of securities and financial instruments within the North American market.
- Have worked with Pricing Vendors, Third Party Administrators or other similar types of Mutual Funds or Equity providers.
- Proposition knowledge of platform industry, from Retail Client to Asset Servicing delivery.
- The ability to build effective relationships, both within the immediate team and wider business.
- Has demonstrated an ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring KPI's are met.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of risk/compliance policies and processes for a financial services business
