We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Project Coordinator to assist with Renewable Energy projects in the greater Richmond, Virginia Area.

The Project Coordinator will be working in a challenging and variable environment that will include detail-oriented independent work and client interactions.

The successful candidate will have the aptitude to succeed in helping to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

This role is meant to be an entry level position to the Project Management aspect of Engineering projects, specifically large-scale Solar Farms.

Support the Project Manager(s) in the day-to-day management of the project including:

• Capture and Tracking of Actions, Decisions & Risks/Issue and help resolve any impediments.
• Build and Maintain a Project Plan with dependencies.
• Support the Financial Management processes for more streamlined and informative reports and direction for the PMs.
• Assist with managing projects and client relationships.
• Assist with maintenance of project timelines and budgets.

1 to 3 years' experience in project management.

• Solid Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and other software tool skills
• Ability to work well independently and at remote job sites.
• Ability to manage several projects and work on several tasks at any given time.
• A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
