Responsibilities:


  • Present a professional and positive image of ATS Traffic and office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, staff, and other interactions.
  • Greeting people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
  • Answer a multipleline phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system.
  • Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building.
  • Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system, and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail.
  • Ensure branch couriers are sent out as per schedule.
  • Ordering office and coffee supplies for the Edmonton facility while ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Prepare ATS sales invoices, statements, and vendor cheques to be mailed.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
  • Manage rental truck calendar.
  • Handle filing and data entry as requested.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong customer service oriented.
  • Superior telephone manners and ability to handle intense work periods/high call volumes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized.
  • Cope with constant interruption.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 13 years of experience in a similar role is an asset.
