We provide traffic control, on-street services, and signage products and services across Canada, currently operating out of offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon, Langley, Kamloops, Winnipeg, Brandon,
and Mississauga.

Responsibilities:
- Present a professional and positive image of ATS Traffic and office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, staff, and other interactions.
- Greeting people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Answer a multipleline phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system.
- Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building.
- Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system, and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail.
- Ensure branch couriers are sent out as per schedule.
- Ordering office and coffee supplies for the Edmonton facility while ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare ATS sales invoices, statements, and vendor cheques to be mailed.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
- Manage rental truck calendar.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Strong customer service oriented.
- Superior telephone manners and ability to handle intense work periods/high call volumes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized.
- Cope with constant interruption.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 13 years of experience in a similar role is an asset.
