About the role
We're looking for a Loss Prevention Coordinator - Administrative Assistant to join our growing team


What you'll do here:


  • Responsible for sending and tracking recommendation letters and compliance of recommendations.
  • Order loss prevention requests as required.
  • Track and monitor expiry dates for boilers and pressure vessel certification.
  • Network with our external vendors to order inspections when required, track and monitor this work.
  • Respond to underwriter, broker and/or customer requests.
  • Complete various excel tracking reports as needed by loss prevention management.
  • Responsible for billing and finance reports in relation to charges from outside vendors.
  • Assist the loss prevention department, managers and consultants as needed with daytoday projects and requests such as preparing meetings and booking travel.
  • Work closely with, and act as backup for communications advisor.

What you bring to the table:

  • High School Diploma or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy with an eye for detail.
  • Can work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and brokers.
