Trotman Auto Group is an industry-leading, diversified dealer group representing twelve major OEM brands through eleven dealerships located across British Columbia.
Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements and explore alternate platforms or methods of advertising.
- Provides support, as needed, for career fairs and recruitment events
- Assists with initiatives and projects as requested
Qualifications and Experience:
- Postsecondary education in HR
- Minimum 12 years of inhouse experience in a Recruitment or HR coordinator role
- Strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multitask, and work independently in a fastpaced environment with constant demands.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency
- Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
