Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the life sciences industry? Norgen Biotek, a leading global provider of innovative solutions in the field of life sciences, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.

As a Sales Development Representative at Norgen Biotek, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strong customer relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets within the life sciences industry.
  • Engage with key decisionmakers and stakeholders to understand their needs and present Norgen Biotek's portfolio of cuttingedge products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by accurately tracking activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position Norgen Biotek's offerings.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. An advanced degree would be an asset.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of molecular biology, genomics, and related life sciences fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
