Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Review invoices and documentation for processing.
  • Process invoices into accounting software.
  • Preparation of payments for sign off.
  • Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare employee expense claims
  • Ensure payment terms are being followed.
  • Review sales orders with back up for processing.
  • Process sales orders upon shipping.
  • Follow up with customers on payments.
  • Make sure customers are staying within terms.
  • Deposit payments if needed.
  • Maintaining working relationships with vendors & customers.
  • Maintain vendor files.
  • Maintaining customer files.
  • Filling documents as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • NSCC Business Administration diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Decisionmaking: to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
  • Communications and collaboration: must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management, and clients on a regular basis.
  • Organizational skills: Organization and prioritization are the core elements of this position's responsibilities. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important in each list.
  • Basic Accounts Payable and receivable
  • Sage 50 & Great Plains experience is an asset
  • Ample Organics experience is an asset

Requirements of Applicants:


  • Must be 19 years of age
  • Have reliable transportation to and from the facility

Screenings:
Driver's License, Criminal Background Check and others as required

Expected Hours of Work:


Regular office hours are 8-4; however, due to the urgency of certain situations, hours of work beyond these core hours may be needed at times.
