Customer Service Associate/Acting Customer Service Supervisor

Core Responsibilities_
- Greeting customers, clients and accepting deliveries
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations' internal software system.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate the handling of difficult and unusual situations
- Coordinating communication between customers and vendors as required
- Coordinating transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted.
- Assisting with general office administration as required.
- Processing daily Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Managing communication between customers and vendors as required.
- Managing transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted.
- Ongoing review and update of procedures manual for the Customer Service Department and Front Office.
- Assisting with general office administration as required.
- Prompt and professional management of all incoming calls.
- Managing daily office operations, including a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinating courier shipments (includes packaging, labeling and followup on point of destination).
- Liaising with security & QA to coordinate weekly incoming visitor log.
- Measure KPI's
- Monitor and manage inventory levels on commercial goods and packaging

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L5S 1V7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- customer Service: 3 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
- Transportation management systems: 2 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
