Duties:

MUST SPEAK CHINESE

Qualifications:

  • Assistant CEO to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including providing general administrative support.
  • Services existing sales accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers.
  • Prepares morning & afternoon order pick lists and performs the physical picking in the warehouse.
  • Finalizes daily Routing.
  • Checks all shipping orders and ensure products & quantities are matching with invoices.
  • Performs all shipping and returning duties.
  • Interacts with customers, drivers, and thirdparty delivery companies and ensure prompt deliveries to customers.
  • Checks and maintains updated records of invoices and receipts from vendors.
  • Maintains the products and images are up to date on the company website.
  • Handles customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Updates vegetable prices and prepares order pick list on Sunday.
  • Reminds purchasers about low inventory items.
  • Covers team members' jobs during their absences.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- logistics: 1 year (preferred)
