In this role, you will be responsible for:

Perform feasibility studies, costing estimates for options analysis, map interdependencies, analyze business requirements, and then generate the necessary functional and technical specifications or process reengineering suggestions.

Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for technical solutions

Translate business requirements into systems design and technical specifications


To succeed in this role, you have:
Strong client-facing skills for data collection and data configuration

Development skills would be a plus

ITSM Remedy Module Configuration knowledge and Remedy AR System are must-to-have
