  • Responsibilities:_
  • Coordinate and manage communication with various household service personnel such as nannies, chefs, tutors, doctors, coaches, and renovation companies, as well as handle communication with schools and some employees at the company level.
  • Prepare and manage the Senior Vice President's personal documents, including taxrelated matters.
  • Manage the security of various information and some accounts belonging to the Senior Vice President.
  • Handle procurement and payment matters related to the Senior Vice President's personal affairs.
  • Handle and arrange personal and workrelated matters authorized by the Senior Vice President.
  • Qualifications:_
  • Prior experience of at least three years as an executive assistant or administrative assistant is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, organizational and management skills, public relations skills, and overall coordination abilities.
  • Native Chinese speaker with proficiency in spoken and written English, with a minimum score of 7 on the IELTS or an equivalent English proficiency level. Proficient in using various office software.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and interest in assistant work, with a passion for clerical positions.
  • Honest, gentle, patient, meticulous, responsible, polite, and able to handle pressure.
