Billing & Administrative Assistant
Air Unlimited is Manitoba and Saskatchewan's leader in compressed air systems and building power solutions.

We provide certified service and installation of compressed air, building power products and systems, compressed air and rebuilding, audits/energy conservation studies, preventative maintenance/parts programs, and construction rental solutions.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Generate customer invoices using accounting software and code to the correct G/L account Process credit card transactions
  • Assist with data entry and paperwork related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll functions
  • Maintain physical and digital filing of company documents
  • Ensure that business activities are conducted within the Company code of conduct and in a professional manner with the highest degree of quality
  • Promote teamwork among the various functions of the office and the company to ensure longterm success of the business
  • Other administrative and office duties as assigned Skills and Requirements.
  • High School Diploma required; Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Administration is a plus
  • Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Very well organized and able to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience required
  • Experience with accounting systems and reporting tools; Business Vision, ADP experience a plus
  • Experience working in a crossfunctional environment and interacting with multiple departments and all levels of the organization
  • Strong business knowledge and able to handle confidential information appropriately

Skills and Requirements:

$41,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
