As an experienced and detail-oriented
Fire Installation Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion, meeting quality standards, deadlines and budget requirements.
Pay and compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications._
Responsibilities:
- Manage, oversee, and coordinate small and large projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to determine project scope
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks accordingly
- Track and report project status to senior management
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety protocols, industry regulations, and local building codes
Experience:
- Full CFAA certification is required
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of NFPA and CAN/ULC codes
- Proven experience in fire protection, specifically panel installations
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the fire protection industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients and subcontractors
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
Job Types:

From $55,000.00 per year
