We are looking for a

_GroupNet Coordinator_


Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining secure GroupNet access to Canada Life's Group clients for the purpose of enrolment, billing and reporting activities.

You will also provide immediate support regarding usage of GroupNet to clients, brokers, and group representatives. You will provide these services by living Canada Life's Purpose, Vision and Values.


What you will do

  • Living our values of Customer View; Integrity; Partnership; and Communities
  • Providing access to GroupNet for Canada Life's Group clients.
  • Auditing assigned work to ensure that all information to ensure and the proper forms/authorization have been completed

What you will bring

  • Ability to excel within a Purpose/Vision driven environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • A working knowledge of the following systems would be an asset: PAS, EAS, TSO, Internet, Outlook, Access and Excel
  • Experience within the Group Division would be a definite asset
  • Bilingual skills would be an asset
  • Your consent to a criminal background check and security screening for the Government of Canada Enhanced Security Clearance, at Canada Life's expense
