Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Report formatting, processing, and compilation to ensure that products are professional, well branded, consistent, and high quality.
Format and produce documents in Word and Excel using TWC's Writing and Style Guide.
Focus on sensitive reporting timelines and documents needing a 'quick turnaround time'.
Support development of report and proposal templates.
Support advancement of document control system and process.
Provide guidance and training on template use and best practices.
Provide administrative support to various areas across TWC, as required.

Qualifications

Experience with document production at an environmental or engineering consulting firm.
Experience formatting and producing multivolume technical reports is an asset.
Proficient in document management systems and software (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat).
Advanced level template development and formatting within Word, Excel and Adobe Professional.
Experience with creating and maintaining document control processes.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Fast and efficient worker, with a focus on detail and quality.

Working Location
Work will be typically performed in one of TWC's offices or your remote home office.
