Your job

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful campaign execution, including reporting/analytics, brand/business leaders, web development, etc.
  • Contribute to test design and execution, implement A/B and multivariate testing methods
  • Contribute to the definition of personalization elements in collaboration with targeting teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce execution complexity
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines

Your team:


In the CRM Integration department, you will be part of a team of seven colleagues and report to the CRM Integration Director.

Basic requirements:


  • Completed Bachelor's degree, industryrelated, and six years of relevant experience or Master's degree completed, industryrelated, and four years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of web analytics (Adobe, Google Analytics or similar)
  • Indepth knowledge of HTML and CSS coding principles
  • Knowledge of AMPScript, JSON, JavaScript, SQL, XML and data modeling principles is an asset
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (an asset)
  • Previous experience in implementing a targeted communication system
  • Experience in project delivery
  • QA experience, and good knowledge of different types of tests and methodologies
  • Experience in responsive design testing is an asset
  • Experience in mobile testing and automation is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Be customercentric
