All About The Role

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will be part of a team of delivery managers providing an agile delivery management capability to the Canadian Platform Partner and Customer Space focusing on the Customer teams.

This capability supports a variety of product and engineering teams, by providing agile delivery management support, project management support and driving a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

As part of this varied role, we're counting on you to:

Drive the success of initiatives across multiple teams using clear and confident methods of project delivery.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure the team is set up to succeed, with clear visibility of short term and long term goals.
Help team members understand the goals and the scope of a project or initiative, build a plan of action, and stay focused on outcomes.
Work across organisational & geographical boundaries, to help the team overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints
Use Agile & Lean techniques to build healthy, sustainable, effective teams.
Facilitate team ceremonies, and foster a continuous improvement mindset, coaching the team to inspect and adapt.
Track and report on progress against goals in an agile environment using a range of tools and metrics.
Drive and support the creation and execution of the product and engineering roadmap.
Be an involved member of a global Delivery community

Can you deliver
Here's What We're Looking For From You

Cognitive Ability (not just raw intelligence, the ability to absorb information)
Problem solving / taking on difficult challenges loves coming up with new solutions
Highly organised, energetic, honest and open style an individual who both welcomes and provides feedback in a way that is constructive and thoughtful
Technology, digital or e commerce project and change experience in either industry or consulting/agency environment
A background as a Scrum Master or Delivery manager an asset
Experience cultivating Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Lean methodologies within software development teams.
Strong stakeholder management
A history of working with distributed software development teams.
A good command of JIRA
Process improvement experience and strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
