Expertise in managing delivery of projects following the PMLC/SDLC standards-waterfall and agile


Key Accountabilities:

- with accurate tracking and reporting Oversee the integration of all systems, projects and technical interfaces to ensure a high level of service and support to the client and efficient system operation Develop & maintain knowledge documents for the team Manage day-to-day work efforts for the team; ensure timely/accurate communication and resolution of issues Act as an integrator of solutions, provide flexibility, and ensure a good understanding of technology choices during technology roadmap reviews Provide insight, information and recommendations on industry trends and promote/develop awareness and technical understanding within the team Partner closely with core infrastructure teams to provide highly resilient infrastructure with monitoring and alerting capabilities

Manage escalations proactively, raise issues that needs leadership attention-on-time
