Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles in a fastpaced environment
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
  • Grow and foster hightouch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Support employee and managers
  • Update and maintain the Human Resources (HR) Intranet, folders and other HR files as directed.
  • Update and maintain compliance system, including assistance with policy reviews and annual attestations.
  • Assisting with health and safety duties as required by public health and/or relevant legislation.
  • Additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications

Education

  • Minimum 1 year experience, inclusive of CO-OP/Internship
  • Manufacturing or startup experience preferred
  • Completed Advanced diploma or bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related
  • Previous experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.) is preferred
  • Familiarity with job boards, and other HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work in a face pace environment with multiple priorities
  • Superior organizational skills with proven ability to manage various deliverables through to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to selfmanage a project or process and complete tasks with mínimal supervision
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Curious, approachable, passionate and solutions finder
