Key Responsibilities:


  • Process and monitor purchase orders to ensure the goods are received on time.
  • Run MRP and monitor inventory to ensure the stock levels are kept at the appropriate levels.
  • Coordinate and plan the work orders with the order processing and production team.
  • Maintaining and improving Accuenergy inventory accuracy by root cause analysis of the Inventory Variance.
  • Work with the Production and R&D Team to ensure the BOMs (Bill of Materials) are up to date.
  • Create and maintain material master data in the system to ensure it is correct and up to date.
  • Generate and analyze inventory stock reports, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
  • Select and evaluate supplier performance according to Accuenergy supplier KPI metrics.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Process order fulfillment or inventoryassociated tasks if required.
  • Have business associated college diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Have extensive knowledge of procurement and inventory management
  • Have a thorough understanding of the distribution/supplier network
  • Possess strong analytical and negotiating skills
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Be results/solutionoriented and able to multitask
  • Have a great attitude and be a good team player
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines
  • Speak Mandarin and able to communicate with overseas vendors at night if needed.
