Lakeridge Heights Retirement Residence is looking for casual
ESSENTIAL WORKERS to join our team

We are looking for motivated, compassionate individuals to be cross-trained as a Resident Care Aide, Dietary Aide, Reception, Activity Aide and Housekeeper.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

As a casual Essential Worker, you will be a valued team member and have the opportunity to gain experience in various roles within our retirement residence.

We provide you with on the job training for all of these positions at Lakeridge Heights Retirement Residence.

Salary range to start:
$ $18.01.

Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Desire to learn various roles within the retirement residence
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with coworkers, residents, and families
Demonstrates empathy, concern, and interest in providing quality care and service to residents
Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to complete assignments in a timely fashion
Speak, read and write English
Received two doses of the Covid vaccine
