Responsible for:


  • Daily marketing & developing of the clinic
  • Assisting Call Center: answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, checkin patients & process billings

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Experience with medical terminology / administration
  • Diagnostic Imaging (X-Rays) experience would be preferred
  • Recent experience performing administrative support, customer service, or Call Centre experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated independence and comfort in taking initiative on resolving issues within the scope of responsibility
  • Demonstrated professionalism and telephone manners
  • Demonstrated teambased skills and customeroriented approach
