Role Description
This is a Part-time, Morning Shift, Hybrid role for Client Success Manager.

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and fostering strong relationships to drive long-term success.

Your goal will be to optimize client experience, maximize retention, and identify opportunities for growth through proactive engagement and strategic account management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trustbased relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored success plans, setting clear objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, proactive support, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, coordinate resources, and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Advocate for clients within the organization, representing their interests, and influencing product/service enhancements or improvements based on client feedback.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify renewal risks, and proactively address challenges to maximize client retention and renewal rates.
  • Analyze client usage data, engagement metrics, and key performance indicators to assess client health and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  • Coordinate client training sessions, onboarding activities, and knowledgesharing initiatives to ensure clients maximize the value of our products/services

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and action items using CRM software or other relevant tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
  • Proven 5 + years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship management roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities, with a proactive and solutionsoriented mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and align solutions accordingly.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a customercentric approach.

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$15,000.00-$17,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
