THE ORGANIZATION
North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) is a unique health care organization with three primary roles: providing acute
care services to North Bay and its surrounding communities, functioning as the district referral centre providing specialist
services for smaller communities in the area, and it's the specialized mental health service provider serving all of northeast
Ontario. At more than 400 beds, our state-of-the-art regional health centre has over 150 physicians, 2300 employees and
250 volunteers.

North Bay is located 3.5 hours north of Toronto, just north of the district of Muskoka, and 3.5 hours west of Ottawa.

QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 graduate or equivalent required

Knowledge of medical/surgical supplies required

Experience in use of an Automated Inventory Management System required

Data Entry - 10 Key (6000 keystrokes/hour, 95% accuracy) required

Knowledge and experience with computers (e.g. Meditech, MS Outlook) required

Valid Drivers' license required

Current NVCI required

Ministry of Transportation driver's abstract required

Experience in use of handheld terminals is an asset

Must be physically fit and able to safely push/pull supply carts (up to 50 kg)

Able to frequently lift and reach (up to 22 kg)

Able to occasionally handle equipment exceeding 50 kg with assistance


Must be able to work with mínimal supervision

Good interpersonal skills required

Must be available for scheduled shifts and call-ins

Good attendance and work record required

Must demonstrate commitment to ensure your safety, the safety of fellow workers, patients, volunteers, and visitors

Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in this organization

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Criminal Reference Check including the Vulnerable Sector Check recent within six (6) months is a requirement
