Position Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Working to set strategic priorities for the upcoming year, and new projects
  • Develop marketing plans, as approved by the Director, for a range of shows and products
  • Negotiate and purchase ad space and time to effectively reach target audiences
  • Manage and traffic ads for all marketing campaigns, including Print, Out of Home, TV, Radio, Digital, and others
  • Manage signage requirements for venues, in conjunction with the Director of Marketing
  • Manage touring venues for various productions, including the approval of marketing collateral for each venue/market
  • Manage current marketing cross promotions and partnerships, while developing, pitching, and securing new initiatives
  • Generate reports (ex: promotions and activations)
  • Support sponsorship activations
  • Attend marketing meetings

Requirements:


  • Minimum education requirement of Bachelor Undergraduate University Degree in relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in arts and entertainment marketing
  • Knowledge of production of print materials, TV, Radio, OOH, and Digital Assets
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload while multitasking to meet deadlines in a fastchanging environment
  • Ability to manage and operate comfortably at a tactical level
  • High energetic team player, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the Marketing department, and across the organization
  • Interest in/knowledge of arts and entertainment industry
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required
