Position Summary
Responsibilities:
- Working to set strategic priorities for the upcoming year, and new projects
- Develop marketing plans, as approved by the Director, for a range of shows and products
- Negotiate and purchase ad space and time to effectively reach target audiences
- Manage and traffic ads for all marketing campaigns, including Print, Out of Home, TV, Radio, Digital, and others
- Manage signage requirements for venues, in conjunction with the Director of Marketing
- Manage touring venues for various productions, including the approval of marketing collateral for each venue/market
- Manage current marketing cross promotions and partnerships, while developing, pitching, and securing new initiatives
- Generate reports (ex: promotions and activations)
- Support sponsorship activations
- Attend marketing meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement of Bachelor Undergraduate University Degree in relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience in arts and entertainment marketing
- Knowledge of production of print materials, TV, Radio, OOH, and Digital Assets
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload while multitasking to meet deadlines in a fastchanging environment
- Ability to manage and operate comfortably at a tactical level
- High energetic team player, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the Marketing department, and across the organization
- Interest in/knowledge of arts and entertainment industry
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required
