Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Exercises good business etiquette when dealing with internal and external customers
Direct the best carrier option for delivery and setting up carrier pick ups Be the first point of contact for walk in customers, couriers, pick up drivers, etc.
Manually receiving and staging weekly laminate, edgetape, and adhesive orders
Picking orders and rolling laminate sheets for easy transport
Completing waybills and filling out paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Proper labeling and organization of newly received product; making sure all laminate is stored correctly, kept clean and damage is kept to a minimum
Communicating regularly with customers, coworkers, couriers Assist with keeping the laminate area clean, neat and well organized; this includes sweeping and garbage removal
Ability to organize and understand the different grades and colors of laminates; similar responsibilities with regards to glue and edge tape
Other warehouse responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a fastpaced environment is an asset but not a requirement
Ability to lift by hand up to 50 lbs. is required
Selfmotivated and driven to continuously improve and add value to the organization
Reliability and punctuality is a must
Working knowledge of good OH&S practices is considered an asset
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent numeracy skills required
Must be eligible to work in Canada

Job Requirements:

Regular operation hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. However, some over time hours may be required
Regularly required to walk; stand; sit; climb ladders with the ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull and reach above and below the waist
Must be eligible to work in Canada
