How You Will Contribute:

You will perform electrical, mechanical, security, and BAS infrastructure studies to ensure systems redundancy, reliability, and concurrent maintainability.
You will develop and manage the implementation of reliability best practices and improvement projects, common processes/procedures and standardized reporting.
You will afford oversight of critical high risk 'Maintenance Window' activities and perform quarterly reviews of the site's loads.
You will manage all aspects of major site projects or changes, including budget, consultant oversight, developing estimates, concepts and strategic project goals that are in line with site's interests, ensuring system redundancy, reliability and concurrent maintainability.
You will assist in developing budgets and estimates for the forward planning of site's major projects, developing conceptual designs, performing feasibility studies and business/technical justifications.

The Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
7 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate
Ability to work onsite at our Ottawa facility at least 3 days a week
