Job Description:


  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times
  • Greet and engage with guests on a daily basis, soliciting feedback through conversation
  • Anticipating guest needs to create a stress free environment
  • Coordinating all front of house catering staff during meal service hours keeping the dining room spotless
  • Performing QA audits in culinary, housekeeping, and janitorial departments
  • Works with site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans
  • Administering and managing customer surveys, tracking key performance indicators
  • Ensuring consistency in food delivery service and standards between two remote camps
  • Create labels, signage, and marketing in line with company standards and site specifications using Canva
  • Training new front of house catering employees on the standards and expectations for successful service

Qualifications:


  • College or University education in Hospitality Management considered an asset
  • High strength computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
  • Food Safe, WHIMIS, and First Aid Trained
  • Minimum 3years experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience working in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs
  • Lift, bend, kneel or squat regularly
  • Work in close quarters in remote relocation and may experience exposure to severe weather conditions and different types of wildlife.
Additional Information

This position is in a remote camp. Working a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
