At least 2-3years of Security industry experience

Oversee and be accountable for the effectiveness of all Security Guard and Mobile Divisions, ensuring excellence in client service in every interaction with staff and clients

Establish and maintain strong client relationships

Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease;

Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
-
Ability to write clear and concise incident reports;
-
Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc;

A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills;

Outstanding dress and deportment;:

Must be fluent in English:

Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift;

Ensure client property and personnel are secure and perform time sensitive lockups/unlocks as needed;

Conduct foot patrols, including standing and walking for long periods of time;:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public;:

Provide a security presence in various settings;:

Drive a Footprints vehicle to conduct patrols

Perform time sensitive lock/unlocks of commercial buildings and gates as needed.
