full-time GTA (12 hours/week) in CONS 330 for the period
January 1 to April 30, 2024.

Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of conservation ecology and experimental design, with skills in Excel data sheet management and basic statistical analysis. Prior teaching experience with student-led experiments is an asset.


Description of General Nature of Duties:

Teaching and leadership for one of four tutorial sections per week, including workshops on scientific writing, computer and numeracy skills, and experimental design.

Marking of student assignments and final scientific project papers, as well as midterm and final exams. GTA position will be split into 0.5 increments, with one 0.5 GTA per tutorial.
