    Infiniti Gallery is actively seeking Sales Representatives to join our expanding team at Dilawri Group

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    • No prior automotive background needed – only a positive mindset, strong dedication, and a customer-oriented approach
    • While sales remains a priority, we track daily activities as a foundation for future accomplishments and sales. Instead of waiting passively, we concentrate on optimizing our schedules proactively
    • Responsible for new and used vehicle sales or leases
    • Managing customer databases, including follow-up with owners, unsold customers, and confirming delivery dates and times. Keeping detailed records for all customers in our CRM system and scheduling future follow-ups
    • Ensuring all customer communications comply with CASL regulations
    • Overseeing vehicle deliveries, including pre-delivery inspections
    • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, including our brands and competitors. Understanding aftermarket products like warranties, financial plans, and accessories
    • Actively participating in meetings and training sessions
    • Conducting lot walks regularly to maintain an updated inventory understanding
    • Assisting with lot maintenance activities, such as relocating sold vehicles, re-parking demos, and aiding in snow removal
    • We provide a competitive commission structure with an annual bonus

    Potential earnings ranging from $50,000 to $175,000 based on performance
