Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Welcome clients with a friendly attitude at the spa entrance
  • Help clients schedule appointments and share details about spa services
  • Manage cash transactions, including cashier responsibilities
  • Use POS systems accurately for payment processing
  • Address client questions and concerns with top-notch customer service
  • Recommend and market spa products and services
  • Keep the spa reception area clean and well-organized

Skills:

  • Strong organizational abilities for efficient appointment management
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client contentment
  • Sales experience to effectively push spa products
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus for diverse client support
  • Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures
  • Knowledgeable about POS systems for smooth payment transactions
  • Excellent phone etiquette for client interactions
  • Familiarity with technology sales for promoting spa services

Job Type:
Part-time

Payment:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours:

Education:

  • Preferably Secondary School in education level

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
