    Description du poste :

    Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice) de la gouvernance d'entreprise et des operations strategiques experimente(e) avec un fort accent sur la gestion des ressources humaines (RH) pour se joindre a notre equipe. Dans ce role, vous superviserez les fonctions RH, developperez des politiques et procedures internes liees aux RH, gererez certaines operations strategiques et collaborerez avec les parties prenantes cles pour assurer l'excellence operationnelle.

    Responsabilites :

    • Diriger et superviser les fonctions RH, y compris le recrutement, les relations avec les employes, la gestion du rendement, la formation et le perfectionnement, la remuneration et les avantages sociaux pour un maximum de 70 employes.
    • Elaborer et mettre en uvre des politiques et procedures RH qui s'alignent sur les exigences reglementaires, les normes de l'industrie et les meilleures pratiques.
    • Collaborer avec les equipes internes, les conseillers externes et les parties prenantes cles du client pour resoudre les problemes de gouvernance et de conformite lies aux RH.
    • Effectuer des audits RH et des evaluations de conformite pour assurer le respect des exigences legales et reglementaires.
    • Gerer les operations strategiques, y compris la budgetisation, l'allocation des ressources, le traitement de la paie et eventuellement certains elements de la tresorerie.
    • Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, des changements reglementaires et des meilleures pratiques en matiere de gestion des RH, de gouvernance d'entreprise, de conformite et de gestion des risques.

    Qualifications :

    • Baccalaureat.
    • Minimum de 4 ans d'experience en gestion des RH, en gouvernance d'entreprise ou dans des roles connexes.
    • Solide comprehension des lois, reglements et meilleures pratiques en matiere de RH.
    • Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, en planification strategique et en gestion de projet.
    • Capacite a communiquer efficacement des concepts complexes, a collaborer avec des parties prenantes diversifiees et a obtenir des resultats.
    • Des certifications professionnelles telles que SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP ou CRHA constituent un atout.
    • Une experience de travail dans des secteurs a cadre reglementaire strict (p. ex., finance, sante, technologie) est un avantage.
    • Capacite a s'autogerer.
    • Bilingue complet (anglais/francais) - La connaissance d'autres langues europeennes est un atout.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Manager of Corporate Governance and Strategic Operations with a strong focus on Human Resources (HR) management to join our team. In this role, you will oversee HR functions, develop internal policies and procedures related to HR, manage some strategic operations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits for up to 70 employees.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and client's key stakeholders to address HR-related governance and compliance issues.
    • Conduct HR audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage strategic operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, payroll processing, and eventually encompassing some treasury elements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HR management, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management, corporate governance, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive results.
    • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CHRP are a plus.
    • Experience working in industries with stringent regulatory frameworks (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) is advantageous.
    • Ability to self-manage.
    • Fully bilingual (English/French) Knowledge of other European Languages is an asset.
