We also manufacture private label diapers and training pants for North American retailers.

The
Shipper will be based out of Toronto, Ontario (700 Clayson Rd, North York, M9M 3A8) and is
responsible for implementing and monitoring procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of shipping and receiving.

Works closely with customer service, Deployment, Transportation, Operations, and warehouse operators to identify and resolve root causes of inventory discrepancies and stock availability for orders.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, Associate Degree preferred.
Experience Required preferably in logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, or supply chain.
Previous experience working in a warehousing environment and fast paced multitasking would be considered an asset.
Comprehensive computer skills (Outlook and Excel preferred).
Must be able to work rotating 12 hour shifts, which includes nights and weekends

The main duties/responsibilities of this role include:

Responsible for coordinating and leading a safe warehouse operation.
Responsible for in/outbound load scheduling (dock schedule)
Bridge the gap between Distribution and other ICP SC teams
Responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient operational workflow.
Responsible for coordinating ecommerce orders
Responsible for reconciling inventory allocation
