Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, General Accounting, the Invoice Coordinator position will be a key member of the Finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing reporting and support to the North American Harlequin business units as it relates to invoice processing.


Responsibilities:


  • Process invoice submissions into Bottomline for payment. Ensure correct coding is being used and payments are being processed on a timely basis. This may include invoices from various suppliers, as well as the large freelance pool used by Production.
  • Ensuring all necessary monthly invoices are approved and posted to JDE by month end deadlines.
  • Ensures any purchase order invoices are submitted to JDE and support any issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring Canadian & US purchasing card payments are processed and recorded to JDE with appropriate approvals and backup.
  • Provide backup support for Riskcenter vendor approval process.
  • Provide backup support for Concur Expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Specific training or job experience required includes:_
  • Grade 12 education
  • Postsecondary education in Business/Accounting, an asset
  • 23 years of experience in financial and/or business environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
