We are looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound customer calls and walk-ins from our Port Coquitlam, BC office.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
Maintaining good customer relations and ensuring high degree of customer service
Greeting walkin customers and managing the product showroom
Respond to inquiries for product pricing and provide customer quotations
Provide timely response for questions/concerns regarding product timelines
Coordinate inventory levels in showroom
Office administrative duties including scanning, filing, organizing, and cleanup
Aid with the procurement of materials from vendors
Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Previous customer service experience, (preferably) with construction materials
Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both inperson and on the phone
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment

Hours of Work:

Regular work week will be Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
