FULL-TIME PRODUCE DEPARTMENT CLERK

Responsibilities:


  • Provide superior customer service and support Lady York Foods vision of the best fresh shopping experience; creating a positive and friendly environment.
  • Attention to detail and care with food items.
  • Replenish stock and rotate goods on display shelves.
  • Ensure a clean and neat department.
  • Complete additional departmental duties as assigned.
  • Following Health and Safety and Food Safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace in the shopping area and backrooM/Fridges.
  • Completing end of shift duties.
  • A positive attitude with management and coworkers.
  • May be requested to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Superior customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • For Fulltime: minimum of 1 year experience working as a Produce Clerk.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a high standard for quality and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with clear and effective communication style.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
