Role and Responsibilities:


  • Support demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning and demandsupply reconciliation decisions for the business.
  • Design, implement, maintain and update data management tools, reports, dashboards, add new features as per requirements.
  • Understand Asis functionality and Tobe process, propose solution design and create business process documents to being implemented.
  • Work along with the crossfunctional lead and testing lead to develop detailed test cases.
  • Support business users on test scripts, data construction for User Acceptance Testing and post golive or hyper care phase.
  • Track, report and analyze key metrics (KPIs) for the company.
  • Maintain master data, aggregate, and disaggregate data for appropriate use ranging from detailed analysis to executive dashboards.
  • Effectively gather datasets from multiple sources and interpret data into actionable insights by leveraging advanced statistical models and connecting data with business factors.
  • Prepare whatif analysis to create alternate scenarios for reconciling demand, supply and financial plans continuous improvement initiatives and challenges with the process
  • Maintain collaborative approach and effective communication at all levels.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, Computers or related degree.
  • Minimum of 56 years of work experience in different industry manufacturing, automotive, retail etc.
  • At least one End to End Full life cycle Implementation.
  • Experience working in the Sales and Operations Planning, supply chain, Inventory Optimization, Demand Planning or IBP environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Supply planning business processes (MPS, MRP).
  • Advanced working knowledge of MSoffice, database tools, data visualization and other related software.
  • Certification in SCM or Analytics considered an asset.
  • Strong Analytical skills with exceptional aptitude for detail.
  • Strong communication skills as well as meeting facilitation and presentation skills a must.
  • Well developed organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong teamwork and selfdriven with a positive attitude.

Pay:
$120,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
