Rough Ashlar Management has a close-knit and inclusive entry-level Sales Associate team that is leading with the utmost professionalism, and cost-effective sales solutions for our clients to increase their market share and drive sales revenue and overall profitability.

Responsibilities of our entry-level Sales Associate:

Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account
Drive sales results by delivering a topnotch and elevated customer experience
Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics
Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts
Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner
Brainstorm and strategize with other entrylevel Sales Associates new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins

Requirement for our next entry-level Sales Associate:

An associate's Degree is highly recommended, but not required
1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR equivalent entrylevel position is required
Energetic, teamoriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers
Selfmotivated and goaloriented professional
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must
Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
