Description

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Class 1 or Class 3 with air endorsement
Clean Driver's Abstract
Familiar with safe work procedures and practices to safely operate the Hydrovac or willingness to learn
Must demonstrate ability to maneuver truck in tight spaces
Willing to do labour work and other tasks as needed on short notice
Able to adapt to a change in a fast paced environment

Specific Skills:

Operate Hydrovac trucks and equipment in a safe and professional manner
Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Hydrovac operation
Ensure all Hydrovac truck equipment and components are in good working condition at all times
Perform pre and post trip inspections
Follow company policies and procedures for routine maintenance
Perform general housekeeping to ensure units are operating properly
Responsible for the successful completion of hydro excavation projects including: utility line exposure, slot trenching, and soft digging
