Description

Duties

  • Administer various HR processes and programs, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Full cycle Recruitment
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
