We are a manager of private residences for seniors (RPA) with 8 residences in the greater Montreal area and in Ottawa.

Join our more than 500 dedicated employees who provide our residents with a customer experience focused on well-being.


Details:


  • PT PSW (Evenings) 3:00pm9:00pm
- (including weekends and holidays) =55.0 Biweekly

  • Position to start Nov 1, 202
  • Wage is $17.67

Duties:


  • Assisting with direct Resident Care
  • Following a scheduled Routine
  • Promptly answering call bells
  • Assisting other coworkers in related duties
  • Night Checks for scheduled Residents
  • Cleaning Kitchen area and restocking of fridge

Competency:


  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong Time Management
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Non Verbal and Verbal)
  • Confident, Reliable & Flexible
  • Strong knowledge of Dementia Type Illnesses
  • Able to work as a Team Member

Education and/or Experience:


  • PSW Certificate and/or Training
  • Experience working with the Senior population

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.67 per hour
